Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. All payments made towards Next Hire’s career coaching, resume/LinkedIn optimization, and training services are final and non-refundable, once payment is completed.
  2. If a client is not satisfied with the delivered work, we offer one round of revisions/rework at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Any payment disputes raised via Razorpay will be handled as per Razorpay’s dispute resolution process.
